    Currently in process of writing PhD thesis entitled "Improving software quality with modified unified process model". New, modified model of unified process integrates standard IBM's Rational Unified Process with ISO 9126 standard for software quality control and best practices and essential quality control tools recommended by Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). This thesis will present practical results on how software quality level is increased by applying this new model on a set of software development projects. This is the first time in theory integration of these models is addressed in a structured manner and presented with clear guidelines on how project teams can implement software quality assurance and control via unified process.

    Completed master thesis entitled "Applying Unified Process to Software Development", which introduced Unified Process methodology to modern software development. Contains introduction and analysis of the methodology, impact to the businesses and a framework to control costs, time and goals in order to produce quality software. Research was conducted in Republic of Srpska Securities Commission, describing the practical issues, problems and solutions to applying Unified Process in a small development team. Received Ministry of Science and Technology scholarship for postgraduate students in 2007 and Ministry of Science and Technology scholarship for master thesis and research in 2008.

    Successfully completed software development project in final semester, which featured client/server assets database, developed specifically for Canberra Medical School. Developed in Visual Basic 6.0 with Microsoft Access database - featuring it's own programmed parallel database access extensions, with communication via Winsock interface, turning Microsoft Access database into multi-user database.
